This review is only based on the MCU( Medical Care Unit). Penn should be ashamed for putting their name on this building. Maybe invest in patient comfort and rooms instead of building a new parking garage. Don't believe all the photos online BEWARE they only show you the nice rooms. This is her room. It is literally the size of a closet. They gave me a metal folding chair to sit on. Dirty, isolating, no windows, and a paper thin metal wall system that are nothing but partitions. No patient ...

This was my second time visiting the Heart and Vascular Pavilion. My appointment was on the 3rd floor which has a spacious waiting room area, a nice big TV and a great view through the large windows. Only thing is the receptionists need to be more attentive to the patients who don't want to hear their business while waiting to check in.

Was scheduled for a procedure, arrived @ 12 noon on Friday.Did not go back until 1:30. Not a problem very busy. I was given an IV and prepped for surgery. Waited to see the Surgeon & the anesthesiologist. The anesthesiologist came to see me around 3:30. The Doctor also came to check in around 4. The team came to get me at 4:30 , my wife left. On the way to the O.R. The nurse received a phone call & I was taken back to the waiting area. At 5 my Surgeon came in and informed me there was no clea...

This hospital saved my life!!! I left against medical advice only to start bleeding out and woke up 9 days later from a coma. They were prompt and performed two surgeries on me while I was unconscious. Thank you Penn because of your staff I am alive and healthy. They also made sure my pain was controlled. I am grateful. Highly recommend.

I had Surgery Scheduled for 1/26/2024 with Drew Scoles, MD please stay away from this man and his practice I gave him the benefit of the doubt becasue when I went to my first appointment with him it took almost 4 hours after they called me to come in a few days early then had me waiting for 4 hours on a day they ask me to switch with ok fine. I got examed I was told I would receive a call for Surgery which was today 1/26/27. First thing I received a call the day before my Surgery and was told...

Hospital staff was professional and friendly. I can't say enough how good my care was. My room was clean and the food was good. The follow up after surgery was excellent. I was explained each step of my care and recovery.

Short staffed and dirty. I was supposed to get an IV for the duration of my time but the person who took my blood comple bruised my arm. I don't think he was a nurse and did not know what he was doing. He told me, "oh well, you'll have to get another IV". Seemed very hustled to move onto the next person. Spent about 10 hours there. When I finally got called into the back, I was put on a bed in the hallway. Nurses were very nice and pleasant but my Dr. seemed like they had just been put in th...
