Awful and unknowledgeable staff AND DOCTORS. It sucks when your staff is awful, but when the doctors are actually unknowledgeable about the drug they are readily handing out, that's straight up scary. But yeah, don't get on methadone to begin with but if you do, DO NOT go to this place. Your better off literally ANYWHERE else. Terrible center and program!

good luck verifying client's last dose of Methadone. All extensions are for Administrative people who DON'T work Saturdays-you can leave a message, but that doesn't help clients returning to MAT treatment on a Saturday and need to be dosed for the weekend.

I am still a compliant client her and love my counselor and former counselor as well as the one supervisor Miss Emmy, and a few nurses, but half of the counselors are very unprofessional and prejudiced , my girlfriend has been there 4 years and only gets a couple take homes and her previous counselor tried to revoke them for not doing a group, also violated HIPPA and we let it slide without a grievance because we got her counselor changed. Now her new counselor puts holds on her every single ...

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They don't care at all about the patient, only about money. Speaking of, they refused to give me the cash that I entered with when I asked to have it upon my exit a week later. They came up with some lame excuse why they couldn't give it to me and promised they'd mail it. Well, we all know what that outcome was. This place is TRASH. Absolute trash with a very unprofessional staff!

This place is the worst!! First of the staff they have there ESPECIALLY the staff at the front desk is horrible. They refuse to help you and are so nasty with attitudes for no reason. The very first time I went there the receptionist tried to turn me away rather than help me. Then they make you do 4 days of group 3 hours a day they claim they don’t offer MATS to new patients only IOP!! So god forbid you should have a job and can’t do all 4 days the. You’re off the program!! You literally get ...

I would NEVER recommend anyone use this place. They say they help families but they don’t! They lie!!! It seems like a hostage situation. No phone calls no visits! Just recordings. A joke!! When someone does answer all they can say is we can’t confirm if that person is there! That leaves families to worry, especially if their loved one is elderly with medical issues. Help?? No I don’t think so. Even if your the spouse wit poa and emergency contact, they give you the same bs! This is far from ...

I was required to submit drugs screens for DCPP and had a false positive for suboxone which is doesn’t even fall in to my realm of use. Claimed my tests were lost when I demanded them to be retested and also refused to give me a hair test. Thank god my worker believed me and nothing ever came of it. But after the fact a counselor by the name of Tara Murphy disclosed my personal information to my boyfriend. Revealing test results to him that she was not authorized to disclose to him. A direct ...

Morning staff miserable. Clearly a bunch of failed doctors angry they have to treat drug addicts. I'm ready to walk off the program because of the treatment. They need to clear house 10000% from security, nurses, to counselors.. there isn't an asset there.
