This place is beyond terrible & must have 1 very good lawyer. My dad was taken to their ER barely conscious & after a short time they released him. My mother took him to a different hospital that admitted him instantly & he would've died if she hadn't went to another hospital. They also like to add random charges to everyone's bill & when you sign the papers it states that they don't have to disclose what the charges are for. My insurance pays 100% no matter where I go but the last time I wen...

I wouldn’t take my dog to this hospital. My mom and grandmother were on the way back to Nashville from a family reunion and got into a car wreck. They were transferred via EMS to this hospital last night. My grandmother wasn’t even hooked up to the monitor, my sister in law had to do it. Yet, they were soo concerned about her chest tightness and wanted to transfer her. My mom had no call light or pillow and she had urinated on herself. She is a type 1 diabetic and the hospital did not chec...

They told my dad he’s too tall for the bed that’s why his feet are hanging off and his calf is on a metal bar. My dad is 6 foot, how is that too tall!? He was very cold and no one has asked if he needed more blankets. I scavenged the cabinets and used about 8 towels to cover him and make him comfortable. They are nice but don’t check on their patients enough. P.s. it is not very busy

I can't say enough about the care my uncle received here overnight when he became disoriented while driving, ended up 3 1/2 hours away from his home after midnight. In particular, Nurse Jada stayed in contact with me as a tried to reach his daughters. It made me feel such comfort in a very scary situation

Excellent Hospital with amazing nurses and medical staff. Truly the best hospital experience I’ve had. Everything was quick and I felt like the nursing staff especially were very kind and understanding.

My 75 yr old mother broke her hip and has been waiting in the ER going on 9 hours. They have her in a ER room but have no rooms available upstairs. This is ridiculous. I would never suggest using this hospital.

I have been there 5 times this year and I have not been able to get the help needed but 1 time and they never want to give you anything for pain they are always so slow and I was in ER for 3 days they didn't have a room upstairs for me and they ended up not even helping me out I'm still trying to get help I think they don't care about their patients at all. My husband passed away there January 3, 2023 and he was in the hospital at Christmas and they sent him home with internal bleeding and he...

On 8/22/2023 I arrived at the er around 535 and no one in the lobby I figured I wouldn't be there long I go to triage and in a room in 30 mins or less , they did and xray they swab me for covid and strep around 730 I ask the janitor if she could ask how much longer I was in extreme pain the nurse come in and says your results are back but you will have to wait a critical patient came in, okay 910 still haven't seen a nurse or a doctor at this point I walk out without being seen and in more ...
