This use to be a great place for healthcare, however with the numerous turnover of doctors and staff it no longer is. They simply do not seem to care in the least about the patients. It was once a based on your income but that has changed as well. I received a statement from Cherokee today for $174.00 for a call back from Dr. Kolarik . The statement listed it as “A Phone appointment “. WOW is all that I can say, just WOW!!!

I would have rated 0 but it wasn't available. Cherokee is the worst place for mental and physical health. I've been trying to get my mental health medication since 5/2023 and my blood pressure, cholesterol, pain, asthma, and diabetes since 8/2023. I keep scheduling appointments but have yet to be seen by a provider. I've been left sitting in the waiting room for over 30mins to the point I have to leave because my anxiety and panic attacks starts. If you want providers that are professional and ...

Update: after calling yet again and then going by and asking them to print off my results plus this review and a Facebook post, I finally got a phone call. Unacceptable CHS!!! Unacceptable!!! My injury is two weeks worse than when I walked in and I still have no relief. Y'all dropped the ball!!!!! My x-ray was 2 weeks ago and no one has read it yet. Two weeks of pain and not knowing what's going on!!!!!!!!!!! 5 phone calls to be told they are short staffed and it'll be by end of business ...

I am so relieved to know that there are some really great Drs. that go above and beyond . And Cherokee East Knoxville has a great group of professionals there from the Receptionist, to Lab Tech, Nurse Aid, NP, and Drs. Today I finally have hope that I am going to get the quality of care that I need !!!

I've been going to Cherokee Health Systems for many years, and have been well taken care of no matter which doctor I had. I've been at the MLK location for a few years now, and love it. I have not had any problems.

Do not come to this this “health care facility” if you have any value for your time and money. All they care about is getting more money out of your pocket rather than your health the only decent doctor here is Dr. Ebony Winford the rest of them are horrible as well as the front end office. Please save your time, money, and effort before thinking about scheduling an appointment here if you do you’ll regret it.
