My case manager is fantastic! She is a wonderful support system for me! They always pick up the phone. I have had great doctors though the years. And sadly a wonderful counselor who recently passed away 😞. And such a wonderful person she was. I totally recommend going here.

I’m glad I’m not the only bad review I was thinking it was just me but yeah this place has no idea what they’re doing I’ve been to a couple different programs and this by far the worst one. If you like reading out of a textbook for 3 hours then this place is for you but the counselors don’t know what they’re doing and if anything this place challenged my substance abuse problem more then doing any good even my probation officer said yeah we don’t like that place we don’t send anyone there and...

They need to hire more professional people in this place. They break your confidentiality of the things you speak with them everyone knows. They hang up the phone on you nobody ever answer the phone and when you leave messages you don't get an answer. I like it when Jim used to be there he was always on top of things I miss him they need to hire no people. They even got people that work for maintenance knowing your problems you sign a case plan supposedly case management is supposed to call y...

I thought this place would be good since the children could see a therapist and a doctor all in one place. I was so wrong. Doctors do not care at all. Therapists are awful. I have 3 children. My oldest has numerous diagnoses including Aspergers. The first therapist he had kept changing meeting times on him, the second therapist was a male who only wanted to talk to my son about uncomfortable topics and swore A LOT! Then we tried yet another therapist she was also not a good match, she was cra...

If I could give it a zero I would this place is a joke you think your getting your child help from these people all these people do is make it they do more harm than good. All these people think is the answer is keep admitting your kid to a hospital especially when a few of these workers just make it worse and set your child off. My son worker would act like she's on my families side and side with his school and hospital to keep getting him admitted to Bradley only for him to come home worse....

Clinician (Beth) literally turned me away after I was seeking mental health services at this place during my first appointment. After mentioning my post partum depression and other personal matters that are happening, she said she couldn't help me and kept insisting I go somewhere I wasn't comfortable with going to. All of which happened in a less than 15 min time span. Would not recommend this place. You can already tell the quality of care by this incident.

Diana Dumin run the housing program at Kent co holdings there are multiple apartment through this company. However rules are not followed and that is why a state lawyer had to be brought in. I am on the bridge Fund making $200 a month this is a loan and I am being charged as if it was an income. That means for the past 2 years me and my fiance were over charged $20 every single month! I have done over 3 - 400 hours of research on this entire company. Diana has had multiple people quit on her ...
