Salvation is a faith-based, global organization that aims to increase access to critical services for individuals who may be struggling with money or homelessness. The addiction rehabilitation program through the Salvation Army's Las Vegas location is holistically based and revolves around the evangelical faith. They primarily offer holistic therapies, group therapy, individual counseling, life skill development, and spiritual guidance. Though they do offer evidence-based programs that are effective in treating addiction issues, Salvation Army really relies on spirituality and other holistic activities to address the client as a whole and address the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social areas of need.

Terrible service, no food allowed in the shelter and if you work you have to show your schedule to a person who is never there to get a spot. You are better off on the streets if you want to eat. The employees here are majorly disrespectful.

I'm a regular Salvation Army shopper. This is a very small store with a very limited selection of mostly old clothing. I moved to this area and bought a Groupon for this location (had never been). After spending 45 min to find $30 worth of stuff, the cashier refused to honor the Groupon; said she hadn't been trained on Groupon, refused to scan the barcode on the voucher. Complete waste of time, gas and energy.

One of the few places in the state that offers low cost drug and alcohol treatment for men and women. Unfortunately, it is faith-based. But, on second thought, I'm sure many of the participants need some sort of faith to get though treatment.
