The Consortium is a non-profit behavioral health organization that offers community-based programs with the overall goal of treating each individual and their family members simultaneously. Each treatment program is designed with both the client and the clinician present in order to ensure that the plan is effective and unique to the individual. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, family programs, trauma therapy, 12-step participation, medication assistance, peer-led support groups, cognitive behavioral therapy, and prolonged exposure. Referrals may also be made to give clients access to programs and care that they require if The Consortium does not provide them. When it comes to treating opioid addiction, clients will have access to FDA-approved medications such as methadone, Vivitrol, Suboxone, or Naltrexone. Clients will also have access to on-site child care services so that mothers or fathers don’t have to choose between their recovery program and life responsibilities.
