The front office staff were wonderful. I felt confident that filling out 20 min worth of paper intakes for myself and my daughter were going to be worth it…. but the was not the case. I was supposed to have a virtual appointment this morning, but I was sent no link. I received no call. I tried calling the clinic and was sent to VM. I was looking forward to this appointment for my mental well being and my daughter’s. It’s very disappointing.

I enjoy coming here not only for the satisfying care provided to me but also because the staff that work in the front desk always greet me by name and make me feel welcomed. They always work with me to ensure I (the Patient) am receiving the best, quality care at all times. They are especially good at scheduling out for follow-up appointments and they always call me the day before to verify your next-day appointment. Keep it up ladies!

The front office staff was rude while we were filling out paperwork. The provider (Ms. Kim) was not in office, we had a telehealth appointment sitting in her office (this was not told to us before arriving at the clinic). She was very uninterested in our son's issues. Said she would be sending in prescriptions well before they were due to be refilled and come to find out today, the weren't sent in! Two weeks and nothing. My husband called to see what was going on and, surprise surprise, the f...

I come here all the time and I love it. Ms. Kim is the best and the new staff and manager have been a blessing. I highly suggest this clinic.

This office is so professional and well mannered. I have had no issues getting an appointment or getting in touch with someone who works there to actually talk to me and help me with my issues. I always deal with Amber Hester, she is so amazing and helpful. I would recommend anyone to this clinic.

The Carter Clinic Fayetteville staff is friendly and nice, very helpful. They made several calls to assist me with keeping appointments and medication refills straight. They are professional, courteous, and believes it cost nothing to be kind. Brandi, Amber, Ms. Nicole and Kiara are rock stars and I am grateful for all their help during this time of uncertainty in my life.

My experience as a patient at the Carter clinic was amazing! The staff was very nice and prompt. They accommodated my being late by setting my appointment later and made sure I had all of my meds in tact when I got to the pharmacy. Shout out to Ms.Chiletta for being a shoulder to cry on through tough times! They have really stepped their game up since she's been there!

I have never met a physician so incompetent as much as Ms. Kim. Beyond her being incompetent she is so unprofessional. This is going to get long... 1. IF she shows the to the telehealth appointments the only way she shows is having to call the clinic to get an update and magically within 2 minutes of calling she is ready. Don't be surprised if you call, be told she's sending you a link to join the Zoom meeting and then she just doesn't show. 2. She's so unprofessional. She seriously talked ...
