Well, I was wanting to get admit it I was there. It took me a long time to get there took 48 hour notice for me to get a ride there and when I got there, I was getting through all the things and there was one guy, particularly that was not very nice and everybody else was but he wanted to take a picture of me and if you went through the trauma, I’ve been through, they didn’t even give me a choice. It was just take a picture or go home and home. I’ve been through way too much trauma and thing...

Some of the staff were ok and compassionate, compared to others. The program works if you work it. It helped me get clean but you need to want it, and not let other people ruin your sobriety. Thank you for helping me.

This place advertises itself as a beautiful place that wants to help. But the sad fact of the matter is they don't help. They just want to see you fail like everyone else. Don't take a job that pays you less of you don't like it and are going to give attitude and make rude remarks to the people you're supposed help. Zero stars if I could.

If they only answer the phone to give information about requirements and availability. My friend has been in Matts which he stated is another worthless facility, I had been calling Santa Fe Recovery Center for 2 days different times and no answer and no call back.

ZERO stars (I had to put 1 to post)This facility is absolutely NO HELP for anyone seeking treatment. Tom who is "administrative" had us calling for 2 weeks once at 0800 and again at 1630 everyday to see if there was a "bed available " when WE did call him around 0830 on the day, he proceeds to tell us "I don't think you're going to make it on time" being that we are 2 hours away. This facility stated THEY would call US when availability was open. Tom then proceeds to ask if we are COVID vacc...

My son was here we thought would be here for 30 days. Out of the blue he was discharged. I spoke to his case Mgr he said my son was doing well with the program. He had met with his counselor at noon everything was good she told him to get his application to her for the bridge program. Then out of nowhere he was discharged to the streets. With no explanation still waiting for one. He is devastated. Would not recommend. Very sad to treat someone with an addiction this way.

My brother was to be admitted this week. Someone keeps calling my elderly mom saying his in the hospital dying. No numbers to talk to a live person to find out if this is true. You have no idea what this is doing to my mother!
