I brought my mother here for a kidney biopsy. They treated her so kindly from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The nursing staff, the volunteers who pushed the wheelchair, the doctors and specialists, receptionists, they all went above and beyond. It was refreshing to feel so comfortable and so well taken care of. The medical imaging/ recovery nurse Alyssa was especially loving and kind to my mother. Thank you so much St. Agnes, we appreciate you.

My husband had a dermatology appointment at 10:30 today. Arrived at 10:25. At 11:00, still waiting and no one said a word! He went to desk said cancel my appointment and left. Our time is valuable too. If he arrived 30 minutes late, what would they say?

I had a cataract surgery preop appointment where my doctor found a very high heart rate. I had no symptoms but was sent directly to the ED. They were ready and waiting for me. They tried a number of things with no change. I was admitted for a 6 day stay on the cardiac (6th) floor. More medications due to concerns. Finally on the 5th day they shocked my heart back to normal. I have a great deal of respect for all of the doctors and nurses that cared for me. Again no symptoms for the 6 days I w...

I had a wonderful experience -from the ER and testing done there to my 3 day stay. All the nurses on the 4th floor were wonderful as well as the various doctors. My husband and I were very pleased with the prompt attention I got and care.

Abysmal experience all around in their family providers to their outpatient behavioral health. They are a corporation about money, not health. They don't give a damn about you, only your wallet and how much they can sheer you for. The fact that a 45 minute Telehealth visit can be billed as out of network (even though the entirety of the rest of SSM is in network) for 600+ dollars when in reality it was a 15 minute video call that asked less basic questions than a substitute teacher in HS wou...

My patient was taken off of oxygen and was given one week to live. Refused to give her oxygen to be exact. We went to UW Madison and they took her in right away. And her vitals returned to normal. Nonetheless I personally feel like this place is your last stop before death.

Dr Oliver clements (internal medicine) Rachel Lundowski (diabetes services) EVERY AMAZING RN in the amblitory infusion center. United as a team they have change the quality of my wife's life for the better. Each one has taken the time to know her as a patient and a person allowing her to receive a treatment plan that has given her a better quality of life. We have had a lot of Dr's who genuinely didn't care and wouldn't take the time to help. These people are truly amazing and I would recomme...
