The entire staff at RCA is exceptional & truly care. Not only during treatment but after, as well with their incredibly run Alumni Association. You can reach out at any time as an Alumni & you will be treated with so much compassion by a team who truly wants to be an asset to your continuous sobriety. If you find that you are struggling with your sobriety, they are ready to help with no judgement. Highly recommend RCA & to continue to keep connected through the Alumni Association.

I can’t begin to tell everyone how amazing the alumni association at BRH is. Truly a family. Elijah does not give up on you when you go silent, is always in your corner, and a positive coach - especially on tough days. I can’t wait to become more active in the association and be as helpful for others who are/ were in my situation as everyone has been for me. You are not alone 💜

Amazing place. I got exactly what I needed. Having said that, the place is apparently a little past it’s heyday according to repeat clients. Wallpaper is peeling off in places, lights missing bulbs, stained carpets, torn chairs. The medical end of this program is lax. I was told I would leave with 30 days worth of medication and I didn’t. I tried to see the dr(?)(np?) before I left (her idea) and gave up after three days of trying. I was told I would also leave with prescriptions, and that the...

I was told I would also leave with prescriptions, and that they would call my pharmacy to refill. Neither of those things happened. I was not expecting the strip search in admissions including the cough and squat. For a person with a sexual abuse history that was tough. They search and then run your belongings through some kind of germ buster, which left me wearing nothing but scrubs and socks for 24 hours. BUT THERE WAS SO MUCH GOOD! My therapist, Tami, was dedicated and supportive. The group facilitators like Dan and Tom were knowledgeable and compassionate. The dining staff, especially Holly and Sarah, were fabulous. The RSS workers were kind and supportive. Elijah who runs the alumni department reached out immediately after I left to check on me. If you’re ready for recovery, you’ll do well here! I’m looking forward to giving back as an alumni!

RCA Bracebridge was a great place to begin my recovery journey and develop the skills necessary to staying sober. Everyone on staff was very helpful and caring and I couldn’t have asked for more support during my time there. Vince was especially helpful with great groups and his follow ups as Alumni Coordinator to check in on how I’m doing in my recovery shows his continued support and dedication to the patients at RCA even once they leave the facility. Vince was especially helpful with great groups and his follow ups as Alumni Coordinator to check in on how I’m doing in my recovery shows his continued support and dedication to the patients at RCA even once they leave the facility. It gives me a great sense of pride to have achieved 1 year and 9 months of sobriety and I know that the knowledge and guidance from the team at RCA Bracebridge was fundamental in my continued recovery. Thank you RCA Bracebridge!

My son was refused admission 30 minutes before pickup because of a medication he was taking for epilepsy even though he was there a couple months prior on the same medication. They charged my credit card for a very large deductible even though he was not admitted and it has now been 40 days and no refund. I’ve called multiple times a week. The only 2 times I got a response I was told they would “review” my refund and the other time they said they would mark it as urgent. My credit card compan...

He never set foot on their property yet I was charged and can not get my money back.
