Recently completed treatment at the Bracebridge location. Clinical and nursing staff were great. Especially, Niki, Dan M, Elijah! Elijah made her groups engaging, informative and entertaining! Food could have been better! Overall a good choice for my care!

The entire staff at RCA is exceptional & truly care. Not only during treatment but after, as well with their incredibly run Alumni Association. You can reach out at any time as an Alumni & you will be treated with so much compassion by a team who truly wants to be an asset to your continuous sobriety. If you find that you are struggling with your sobriety, they are ready to help with no judgement. Highly recommend RCA & to continue to keep connected through the Alumni Association.

I can’t begin to tell everyone how amazing the alumni association at BRH is. Truly a family. Elijah does not give up on you when you go silent, is always in your corner, and a positive coach - especially on tough days. I can’t wait to become more active in the association and be as helpful for others who are/ were in my situation as everyone has been for me. You are not alone 💜

This place is thee #1 place to go for recovery. The entire staff cares about you , your sobriety, and your after care. I would recommend RCA to any and every person seeking help in obtaining and maintaining sobriety. I wanted to add that Elijah is AWESOME she has a listening ear and attentive to your needs. KUDOS TO RCA👍🏾

Amazing place. I got exactly what I needed. Having said that, the place is apparently a little past it’s heyday according to repeat clients. Wallpaper is peeling off in places, lights missing bulbs, stained carpets, torn chairs. The medical end of this program is lax. I was told I would leave with 30 days worth of medication and I didn’t. I tried to see the dr(?)(np?) before I left (her idea) and gave up after three days of trying. I was told I would also leave with prescriptions, and that the...

RCA Bracebridge was a great place to begin my recovery journey and develop the skills necessary to staying sober. Everyone on staff was very helpful and caring and I couldn’t have asked for more support during my time there. Vince was especially helpful with great groups and his follow ups as Alumni Coordinator to check in on how I’m doing in my recovery shows his continued support and dedication to the patients at RCA even once they leave the facility. It gives me a great sense of pride to h...

My son was refused admission 30 minutes before pickup because of a medication he was taking for epilepsy even though he was there a couple months prior on the same medication. They charged my credit card for a very large deductible even though he was not admitted and it has now been 40 days and no refund. I’ve called multiple times a week. The only 2 times I got a response I was told they would “review” my refund and the other time they said they would mark it as urgent. My credit card compan...

I am so impressed with Elijah. She is so kind and comforting. I reached out to her recently to help me with my medication. She has gone over and beyond to make sure I get the help that I need. Love her.
