Prairie View is a community-based program, offering various levels of care and services to individuals in the area who are struggling and need help. They are primarily an evidence-based facility, but they do offer some supplemental forms of care such as an adventure course, educational services, and support groups. Prairie View has age-specific services for children, young adults, and adults. In an effort to make sure that finances do not keep a person from seeking help, they will help each client figure out whether they do have insurance coverage for treatment, and if not, what other options may be available. Clients will also participate in family programs as Prairie View believes involving loved ones during each addiction treatment program is critical in overall healing. Not only can these programs help reconnect clients with the ones who care about them, but it can also educate those loved ones on addiction and how to address this situation at home.

My favorite therapist retired in July last year loved her. It took prairie view 6 months to find me another and that was going to be zoom and maybe 4 to 6 weeks in between sessions. That was the last straw after being locked up in Newton for asking a question about suicide in which they never contacted my therapist, that worked for them. She found out from me when I went in for my regular appointment. Even after realizing I was not suicidal within 15 minutes of being there they still kept me ...

I have worked with Prairie View for most of the last 20 years. If you have a staff you don't work well with you, you can request a change. No big deal. They are great and work well with their patients. I have worked with other facilities in Hutch and Salina and always come back. The staff I am a patient of, works well with me and listens to my needs. I appreciate everything they do to help me heal and do my best.

Great place to get mental health services from young to old! The secretary is super nice and very accommodating, they can get you in quickly and they have super nice therapists. My child goes to Emily the therapist there and she absolutely loves her!! I would definitely suggest or recommend Emily for a young child who is having difficulties with anxiety or depression . She does a great job working with them and can get my little one to open up where she doesn't open up for hardly anyone!! The...

We saw a psychiatrist there and she was so rude, mocking my son because he didn't have insurance at the time and had asked for an affordable antidepressant. I went with him to see her the next time and we ended up walking out on her. Her attitude was inexcusable. I will never use their services and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give this place NO stars! Staff is very unpredictable and unprofessional. They have no clue how to treat people. Today daughter's appt was at 11am and we were standing in lobby at 10:55. They then said we were 4 mins late and we could not be seen. We were 4 mins late cause of waiting on them!!!!! The lady in billing was rude as all get out and was snapping at my daughter and i. We had no choice but to walk out of her office. I really think they need to replace their staff! Afte...

I find it absolutely ridiculous as bad as the mental health crisis is in this country, my children already have to wait two months to get services and you are closed for the day for all schools days? For a parade? Infuriating, ridiculous and no reason for it. 🤬🤬🤬
