I saw something today that was unacceptable. A male and female, stumbled in the door, and were brought to window 11 area to be seated. They were high as hell, neither could speak, they were mumbling, couldn't hold their heads up, crazy high, scary high and they were there for their methadone. The clinic should of called 911, those two looked one step away from overdosing on God knows what ever was in their systems. This place has helped many get clean, but there are the few who still get high...

I have been coming here for 6 years next month. This place has really helped me change my life. I now only go there once a month. I am now married, have a car, my own place, and a great job. I never in my life thought I would be where I’m at today. I thank god everyday that a place like this exists. Before I came here all I cared about was getting some more heroin to put in my veins. There have been a few issues with some of the nurses being rude or nasty but thankfully it only been a couple ...

I have a Telecounselor and I have never been treated with such hate in my life. I have no words to describe the feeling that I feel when we’re in session but just to say I feel so worthless she calls me out and makes me read and I have issues with my speech and it’s just like she sees it makes me uncomfortable and that’s what she feeds on my impairments. She cuts me down and does it in such a nice nasty way. She plays off like I’m not following directions and just makes me want to give up I ...

This place has and is helping me through the process. Every one there has treated me like a human being. The intake process every one stepped up and walked me through it and was making me feel like I can actually walk around with my head up and be a man again thank you so much giving me my dignity back.

Since we have acquired a New Director, Stephen Davis, our clinic has REALLY turned around! There are no more long lines, the nurses and counselors alike, are happier, the environment, as one, alludes peaceful serenity. Truly a place where healing happens. Before Stephen arrived, it was a place of chaos, unorganized, and extremely stressful. He has the ability to see his staff's unrealized potential and promote them to positions that not only better suite them but better positions the comp...

This so called treatment center just started switching people who were on tablets back to liquid for monetary and speed reasons. They're saying that it's a federal government requirement that you get a doctor's note to be on tabs. I was on tabs for years. They are not in the treatment of addiction they are in the business of squeezing every last penny and drop of blood from the people who are trying to stay sober. They just raised the price to $19 per day for methadone. They continue to rais...
