Edit: I was contacted by the Clinical Director who was very professional and helpful, reassigned us, and things are working out much better. I definitely wouldn't recommend the doctor we were seeing, but the agency might be ok.
I would not recommend using their services for mental health issues. My son was in crisis and they had to EMAIL his provider who never even bothered to get back to us. Thank goodness for other services.

I have never written a review before but I will say In my 40 years of being a landlord they are by far the Worst organization I have ever worked with. They dump the person on you and there is no support, when trouble hits the have excuses or they have a team of lawyers fighting you. They don’t even attempt to pay for damages to your building that their tenant caused. I would stay completely away from this organization.

As a orphan adult who came late after DCF since they didn't know I would've left earlier due to their own rigging circumstances, MHA is okay but sometimes when I move around from house to house at foster homes to guardians due to them working their own thing had got me in a pickle. If only we would rate our foster guardians of MHA would make an app similar to a dating app but a choice app so we could know their personalities of what they do to us clients. I've been through two of them. They w...

If only we would rate our foster guardians of MHA would make an app similar to a dating app but a choice app so we could know their personalities of what they do to us clients. I've been through two of them. They were half bad to me. But To be honest, I wish I could be assertive like I mean it when I should use my independence to be the best client I came to say what I mean and what I choose. But to the real honesty I would rate MHA a four to their business.. But as a client to housings without a guardian paper profile is a three even if I made my choices that are not part of their ideas or mistakes I blame myself for.

I went to the Mental Health Association for assistance in my housing search. I spoke to Dave Havens the homeless director for housing for them. He helped me out tremendously. He knew me from the age of 17. He wrote a character reference for me a few months ago. And today I go see my apartment.Thank you Dave.
Respectfully yours,
Isaac Cruz
