NANCY is horrible!!! Do not go here. They have other options for court ordered classes. She lied to me and told me to come in at 9am, then when I showed up she said she never said that. Was extremely rude and unprofessional and has delayed treatment because of her personal feelings towards me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t one. I said let me speak to someone above you because it’s not right you’re denying me treatment for unprofessional reasons. I am not the first no...

This place is very unprofessional. They tried to make me pay for treatment that was already covered. NOT OK. Then they we being pretty racist. The woman asked me how many classes I had and i showed her the amount on my receipt. She said I was being smart and asked me to leave. So I never got to finish yet alone start my treatment. People who come to them are trying to get help they don't need some money hungry councilors that have attitudes walking through the door or someone trying to make p...

I was a patient at this facility i completed about 6 months of treatment here and when i came into one of what would of been my last days here there was a young looking very stoned looking mexican man who tried to tell me i smelled like marijuana. After physically threatening me i left and right away filed complaint to the CEO for descrimination as i felt this to be not only racially motivated but I have alot of serious issues with how this incident was handled. I was trying to if anything n...

I was not at all excited to complete these classes but Paul Padilla changed my perspective! I was completely dumbfounded by his ability to relate to the participants in his class. He has walked in most of our shoes and has a miraculous testimony of his former life. I would recommend you to ask to be in his class! You'll love him and he will help you in ways you could not imagine!

They keep saying I have no vouchers when multiple sources tell me I do. I think they are just trying to get money by billing me extra. I'm not the only one who is noticing this. Just 3 people from class have noticed

A very lucrative business… they do not care of anyone but money!!

These people are rude and lazy. They will leave you sitting for a long time to take your UA even when there is no wait. They treat you like a burden even when you come prepared. They also often have children running around which is awkward and uncomfortable. Go elsewhere for your needs.
