March 22 2024. I have a fall and went to the ER. The staff assist me through all the processes with respect and empathy. They were caring and helpful.

Knee replacement. Pre admission delayed because of lack of personnel. Day of operation told to arrive at 6am. It is 7:15 and still waiting. No HAY EMPATÍA HACIA EL PACIENTE

Horrible my husband was there one week job at for ajustement for medication. The Dr. Didn't call me, in that week the mental floor was a pig pen. My husband go in with out COVID 19 and came home with COVID 19. Week are finished. Call and they don't Pick Up. Call Nelson Sepulveda and no answer. Please don't go to that hospital.

Never, never, ever take a psychiatric patient to their Emergency Room for he will be placed in a regular setting putting him and others at severe risk. Asked for help at Nurse's Station, head nurse thought l was gone laughed and said, "Pay no attention to her, she'll leave." I replied, "Still here, emergency means special care and my son will be charged for services not being offered. But if you want me to leave l will." HOLY COW! Horrible, horrible service! I sat in the emergency room with a gallbladder attack for 14 hours! No I.V., no nurse contact, no doctor. I could have died and it would have taken them a week to figure it out! I put on my shoes without saying a word to anyone and walked out. I am sure they still have no Idea I left. Please STAY AWAY from this kill zone

I had to obtain form 408 mental health commitment paper that is obtained thru the court and approved by a judge. We arrive in emergency at 5:00 pm and it's 2:50 a.m. now! A series of test were done i.e. blood work, catscan, ekg. But the doctor supposedly evaluating my brother, came over looked at him and disappeared. I asked about the doctor and was told by the nurse that the doctor left for the day and wouldn't be back till 8:00 a.m. I am currently in remission from ovarian cancer, was t...

Horrible treatment to the psychiatric patients, do not recommend. They let patients sleep on the floor risking them to get all types of diseases I got sick and they didnt even let my family know.

Horrible service, they are not here and I have been waiting for almost 4 hrs and still haven't been called by the doctor for fever and asthma treatment. I can't believe after a few years of not coming here they have not improved there waiting time. I am so frustrated 😠 don't plan on coming back here.
