The Fayetteville Treatment Center is a medication-assisted treatment facility that offers drug treatment to adult men and women struggling with opioid use disorders. Clients have access to medications like methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone. Other treatment services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medical exams. By combining medication and therapy, clients are treated at multiple levels which can help to improve their motivation for change and prompt them to stick with their program. Unfortunately, withdrawal symptoms can sometimes complicate that motivation, so medications like these are able to minimize those symptoms and allow each client to focus on their recovery journey. If the client needs more intensive care, they will receive a referral to inpatient programs or other North Carolina treatment centers that are better equipped to address their needs.

Took my anorexic daughter to CFD as it was touted to me as one of the best eating disorders centers in Florida. My daughter was not given any type of treatment for the 2 weeks she was there. She was only given a plate of food and watched. When she did not eat the food, they brought her an Ensure type of drink, and when she did not drink it, they did absolutely nothing else. I expected a lot more from this facility. My daughter continued to lose weight and her mental condition deteriorate...

Y'all should check your height measurement. I was measured being 6'2 1/2 but I'm actually 6'4". I brought up the possibility of the height ruler being placed on the wall incorrectly and y'all completely brushed me off. It's incorrect as hell and I'd bet my life on it. Please have somebody actually double check the height ruler on y'all's wall because it genuinely is incorrect. I felt like y'all were lying to me and I wouldn't want anybody else to feel that way. Thanks for helping me not starv...

Center For Discovery in Maitland is a skilled group of clinicians passionate about each individual that comes there for eating disorder help. I refer to them often and would highly recommend them!

Zero ability to help real trauma or cptsd patients. Therapists were of no help and staff not trained and had no experience . They also paired minors with adults in trauma group. Left thankfully and feel they should not have a mental health program. I cannot speak of their disordered eating program.

I’ve been working with CFD for a while now and I have never met a more caring and well rounded group of people. You feel the genuine love and care every time you walk through the doors. If looking for a place that is going to always have your back, come here.

Miquia is quite literally the worst therapist I’ve ever worked with. She’s the reason I left the program early. She has a nasty attitude all the time and speaks to the patients like they’re prisoners sometimes. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also for reference she used to work with inmates and it’s clear she sees us the same way :-)

Wonderful space with highly skilled clinicians who care deeply about their work and provide a light through the darkness clients face within eating disorders.

Was there a few years ago bad experience kicked out during the pandemic never helped finding a therapist. Don't go there you will regret it.
